Description of property

We had great pleasure in visiting this amazing house. Yes, because often the distribution and size of rooms are often disappointing: here: no such problem. The “"smallest” room measures 26m2. The main livingroom is about 70m2 and is open planned with kitchen, lounge and dining room. With the large number of windows and doors, this piece is literally bathed in light. In the kitchen: worktops stone, hood SMEG, terracotta floor and central island.
 

We also note that the famous main room and two rooms on the first and are positioned perpendicular to the rear of the other rooms of the house, which they are distributed by a wide central corridor. Another important detail: there is a bedroom on the ground floor room with its own bathroom.
 

To summarise, we have ground-floor distributed by a corridor of 27m2: a huge office (28m2), a small lounge 26 (Cantou with fireplace), a bedroom (26m2), a bathroom with washing -hand laundry (15m2) and rear, the famous main room of 72m2.
Upstairs, five further beautiful bedrooms of which three are ensuite.
 

In 2008 the owners carried out excessive works on the: roof, boiler, electricity. In our opinion the only thing that remains is to change a couple of windows as they are not double glazed.
 

The land is nicely wooded, where there are a couple of outbuildings one of which is in a poor condition and the other can be restored.
