It is a great pleasure to be commissioned to sell this house because when I lived in Gaillac, this ridge overlooking the Gaillacois plain made me dream. The view from this charming house is sublime. On the ground floor, a small entrance hall leads to the lovely, bright 32m2 living room with its two glass doors leading onto the magnificent covered terrace. The fireplace and the closed hearth in perfect working order bring softness. The small kitchen opposite the living room is perfectly functional. Through a corridor, two bedrooms, a small bathroom and a toilet. On the garden level, another bedroom, an office, a shower room and a summer kitchen. These spaces can be extended or modified due to the small garage and the large boiler room. The grassy area surrounds the house, with a flat, barely owned area where the owners park their car on the other side of the road. The woods that make up the rest of the land are an additional attraction that is increasingly sought after.
