You enter through a wide corridor which leads to the majestic Empire staircase. This same hallway continues along the front of the property to the large arched glass door. On either side, large rooms, a living room with a magnificent French parquet floor, mouldings, and lots of light due to the full height windows. To the left is the dining room (fireplace insert, large window, cement tile floor) or second living room as you will see that the kitchen is spacious enough for a comfortable lunch with family or friends. This one is slightly set back because in the old days, it was the "staff" who were at work and who had to remain discreetly at the service of the masters. Moreover, it was by a staircase hidden in a cupboard that the servants went to the second floor, a vast attic where we can still see two dressing rooms. It is no exaggeration to say that we are looking at a property that has become rare in Rabastens.
