This house was once a very nice restaurant that many English clients adored. Without being overlooked this property is bright and warm. The village itself is already a delight. Somewhere close to the Grésigne, in the centre of regional tourism. The delight continues once we reach the propert via an unknown street.
On the ground floor, an entrance hall which leads left on the living room with an alcove created behind timbered laid bare, facing a first shower room and on the right, the large kitchen dining room. Enjoy the combination of colours and materials. Upstairs, the second hall and small bookcase furniture making an office, two nice rooms (floor, decorative fireplace in one) and a good sized bathroom. At the rear, the house opens onto a large shaded terrace absolute must scorching afternoon, giving the other two terraces. There is a bit of Provence here with the terraces, the young olive, fig trees and other Mediterranean flowers. Breath and enjoy !!
