Description of property

First of all, the setting: mature trees, meadows and a vegetable garden, all on the edge of a small wood. At the bottom of the house is the large swimming pool, which will be refurbished in 2021. From the large courtyard, the view over the park and pool is truly inspiring. At the back of the house is a double outbuilding that needs a new roof. Beautiful trees and unspoilt countryside everywhere. The house is organised in the traditional way, with a central corridor leading to both sides of the kitchen with direct access to the courtyard, the living room on the other side, which is very attractive with the rhythm given by two steps between the front and rear sections, and the brick fireplace. At the far end of the house, the owner has installed his office for his work from a distance, bearing in mind that the shower room could easily be converted into a bedroom. On the other hand, the original staircase, which was of little interest, has been replaced by a beautiful contemporary staircase. Upstairs, a large landing leads to the two large children's bedrooms under the roof (insulation here could be improved). The atmosphere is really cheerful. To the rear, the parents' bedroom, in very warm tones. And finally, the large, very recent and very comfortable bathroom for all the family, followed by a dressing room.
